What To Expect

If you're looking for a church home where you can worship and serve God, you've come to the right place. Here are some FAQs to help you get to know us before you visit.

1. What should I expect in a service?

The worship services with a time of music. We believe in being a family church, so the worship ranges from the newest contemporary worship songs to some of the oldest hymns of our faith. A central part of the worship time is taking the Lord's Supper (communion). This is done every week as a way to remember Christ's great sacrifice on the cross and his blood covering our sins. If you are a Christ follower, please join us in this time.


After the Lord's Supper an offering is collected. If you are visiting, don't feel obligated to participate in this time. This is an opportunity for those who call LifeWay their home church and worship the Lord through financial gifts.

Each week, there are Bible based series and practical preaching through books of the Bible. Each message is intended to help you grow in your faith and advance the Kingdom of God.

There is an invitation offered at the end of every service. This is for those who desire to be baptized for forgiveness of sins and to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, to rededicate their life, or to request special prayer. The entire service lasts about an hour. 

2. What should I wear?

We believe that God is much more concerned with your heart than your outward appearance. Come as you feel comfortable.
